Who we are looking for

We regularly need talented people in the restaurant, the bar and the kitchen. Waiters who can read a table. Bartenders who keep a cool head under pressure. Kitchen staff who want to cook classic brasserie food properly. Experience is good, but what matters most is that you enjoy the pace and take hosting seriously.

What you become a part of

You join a permanent team at one of Copenhagen’s oldest brasseries and, at the same time, become part of Sovino Brands, the group behind a number of restaurants in the city.
